A curation of my work
I’ve been in the writing and editing game a long time. That being the case, a smattering of my work has been lost to the sands of rebrands and digital cleanses. I’ve tried to preserve a number of representative projects.
Here you’ll find some samples of the sorts of things I’ve done and the different tones I can inhabit. You can also book a free call with me and I can take you on a much more detailed journey of my experiences.
Please enjoy, fair reader.
Blog article: AI in the European workplace in 2026: Expert insights on the future of AI in HR
I’ve written heaps of blogs over the years. This is one of my latest ones – all about AI and in support of SD Worx’ launching a research institute.
Report: HR & Payroll Pulse 2026 - Workforce planning has become urgent
Speaking of SD Worx, I also write this more detailed report to showcase just how much intelligence the company’s research branch has at its disposal for its clients.
Report: From Targets to Transition: Deep-Dive on Corporate GHG Targets
Hopping from people to the planet, I edited, wrote pieces of, and supported production on this beast of a Datamaran emissions report.
Case Study: Manufacturing for the silver screen - How SnorriCam unites us and Hollywood
Ever wonder how they captured some of the most iconic shots in the Spider-Man: No Way Home? This case study for Hubs doesn’t exactly tell you, but it does reveal how the pivotal camera rig was invented.
Newsletter: Shows and workshops are on sale now!
I’ve been an improviser for over 20 years, so naturally I also lead marketing efforts for a big festival in Amsterdam. I’ve also written a lot of newsletters in my day, but I’m particularly fond of the more playful tone I use for IMPRO Amsterdam (we beat sales records that year).
Interview: “What does it really mean to win as a startup today?”
One of my favorite gigs was writing interview pieces for Startup Guide – I may or may not have written the book on Amsterdam’s startup scene in 2019. Most of my stuff for the Guide sits in print volumes, but here’s an oldie but goodie I did with Ann Rosenberg, a leader at SAP at the time.
Report: The PC and Console Gaming Report 2024
If you can believe it, I’ve got a pretty nerdy background. So it’s no surprise that I was the lead writer and project manager on Newzoo’s tentpole report on the state of PC and console markets that year.
Report: The Global Games Market Report 2024
One of Newzoo’s main products was a massive report analyzing the financial outlook of video game markets globally and unpacking important trends. I edited the product itself – hundreds of pages of market analysis? no problem! – and produced this handy preview version.
Blog article: Engineering tomorrow’s offshore infrastructure
Not quite a blog article nor a landing page, this piece for GustoMSC hopefully shows my ability to digest complex topics like offshore engineering and produce something that grounds the technology in a business-aligned, human story.
